Brighton Beach Aquathlon

800m swim – 5km run – 400m swim

Entry £10 for BTA members £13 for non members

This years aquathlon will take place in a new and original format that will fresh new challenge for the novice and experienced competitor. 

Taking place on Brighton seafront directly in front of the Paddle village the aquathlon will start with an 800m open water swim followed by a 5km traffic free run and then a 400m swim to finish.

The swim will on a 400m lap course so two laps will be completed in the first swim and one lap for the final leg. The course will be a triangular shape and competitors will have to round two buoys in the sea and a marker post on the shoreline to complete a lap. Wetsuits are permitted for the swim.

Prizes will be on offer for the first male and female finishers depending on the number of entrants.
