Paddle Round the pier is the world’s biggest free beach and water sports festival.
This event was voted best Event in Brighton & Hove 2014, and we naturally want to improve it year after year. We now average between 50 and 55,000 visitors annually, and as a result the event has donated over £250,000.00 to charity. The event is staffed entirely by volunteers, so without your help, we just could not provide this successful event.
If you’d like to be part of the fun, we have many varied roles you could undertake across the week, from building the site beforehand, staffing the actual event, or perhaps being involved in the taking down of the site after the weekend.
You can volunteer for a time frame that suits you, as we are exceptionally grateful for any, and all offers of help.
You may be walking the site, collecting donations, answering visitor queries, helping out registering for water based races, ensuring the safety and smooth running of all events.
You have to be the type of person who is happy to help anybody with anything, and do it all with a smile.
If this describes you, and you want to get involved please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the form below.
