Award-winning ski and active holidays tour operator.
Neilson provides the opportunity to ‘relax as hard as you like’ with a range of active holidays. They have been operating for over 30 years by a team of devoted and highly professional people who are passionate about what they do. Our holidays are open to everyone, irrespective of age, experience or appetite for adrenaline.
The Neilson winter programme now features over 70 ski resorts, across 12 countries and is the biggest UK tour operator in Scandinavia. The vast selection of resorts ensures that all abilities are catered for – whether you’re getting to grips with the green runs, or tearing down the black ones. There are also carefully chosen resorts and accommodation for families. Whilst the Neilson reservations are experts in organising group holidays, taking the pressure off their customers.
The summer programme consists of different styles of holidays in Greece, Turkey, Egypt and Kenya. The traditional Beachclub resorts allow customers to enjoy a particular activity to the full, be it dinghy sailing, windsurfing or mountain biking. Beachplus Clubs were born as a result of customers’ requests for a variety of activities including the above, as well as tennis, waterskiing and wakeboarding plus some pampering thrown in too, so you can relax as hard as you like.
Neilson yachting holidays cater for all abilities – experienced sailors have the option of independent boat charter or a flotilla holiday, while those who are a bit rusty or don’t sail at all can learn the ropes through the ‘Stay and Sail’ holidays. This programme combines a week on-shore in Beachclub or Beachplus Clubs, learning how to sail, followed by a week afloat skippering your own yacht on one of the flotillas. It is also ideal for those who simply want to combine the best of both worlds and spend a bit of time onshore and a few days afloat.
New this year, is the Lakes and Mountains programme, which allows Neilson customers to enjoy the best of both worlds. Why not go walking, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting (to name a few!) in some of the world’s most majestic mountain ranges?
