Kungfu and Taichi club will be running a free taster Taichi lesson.
This is for all ages and all levels of fitness.
Starting at 10am both days until 11am.
Then there will be an exciting Kungfu demonstration at around 12:30pm Showing the different aspects of training martial arts.
